Gondwana Rainforest Trust is a leading environmental not-for-profit organisation that protects and restores rainforests. Since 2018, we have successfully acquired and protected 37 at-risk rainforest properties and supported the restoration of over 100 hectares of degraded rainforest habitat. Gondwana Rainforest Trust has ambitious and significant growth plans to ensure our precious rainforests are protected and rehabilitated.

This is a unique opportunity to support the planning, coordination, implementation and delivery of conservation projects that make a tangible impact on the environment and local communities. The Projects & Partnerships Officer will oversee the implementation of conservation projects and strategic partnerships that support Gondwana Rainforest Trust’s mission.
You will manage end-to-end project delivery, from concept development and stakeholder engagement through to funding, reporting, and impact evaluation. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating project partners and developing collaborative relationships with Traditional Owners, landholders, conservation organisations, donors, and government agencies. The role requires strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes.
