Through therapeutic homes, foster care, and community-based programs, Lighthouse provides the care and support young people need to heal and thrive.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Fundraising, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Partnerships to lead the growth and execution of Lighthouse’s partnerships portfolio. You will manage a portfolio of corporate, philanthropic, and community partners, securing long-term, values-aligned relationships that generate financial and in-kind support for Lighthouse’s life-changing programs.

This role is responsible for driving new business development, pitching and securing partnerships, delivering tailored activations, and overseeing end-to-end reporting.

With a strong focus on relationship stewardship, you will support the Director of Marketing and Fundraising, working with the CEO, Founder, and Board to engage high-level networks and inspire ongoing support.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a creative mindset, strong fundraising and events experience, and a passion for social impact. ​ You’ll collaborate across the organisation to build internal capacity, develop innovative engagement strategies, and ensure long-term support for Lighthouse’s life-changing programs.

About YOU​

• Proven experience in the not-for-profit sector, leading and growing a successful corporate partnerships program
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience across relationship fundraising streams such as Major Gifts and Trusts and Foundations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with professionalism and empathy
• Experience in proposal writing, pitching, and partnership reporting
• An understanding of youth homelessness in Australia, including its underlying causes, systemic factors, and the broader social and policy context
• A commitment to Lighthouse’s mission and values
