As Fundraising & Digital Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in driving growth and engagement across Silverchain Foundation’s mass fundraising programs. This creative and meaningful role focuses on delivering compelling digital donation journeys, multi-channel campaigns, and emotionally resonant content that inspires supporters and increases impact.

Working closely with the Fundraising Manager, Donor Experience Coordinator and broader Silverchain Foundation team, you will support the delivery of the fundraising plan by driving donor growth, retention, and supporter participation across digital, community and regular giving programs. From campaign planning through to execution, your work will help build meaningful, lasting connections with supporters.

About You

• Proven experience in mass, digital or individual giving fundraising, with exposure to campaign delivery across multiple channels.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft compelling, donor-centric digital content.
• Experience designing and optimising digital donor journeys across email, web and social platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and deliver multi-channel campaigns, balancing multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage workflows, approvals and competing priorities.
• Experience working with CRM systems and digital platforms; familiarity with email marketing or marketing automation tools is desirable.
• An understanding of donor motivations and a commitment to ethical storytelling and respectful representation of client experiences.
• A tertiary qualification in Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline is desirable.
• 5+ years’ experience in a fundraising communications role
