Reporting to both the CEO, the Project Administrator will provide support through a range of administrative tasks and stakeholder relationship management. The role will focus on the coordination and successful delivery of a range of current projects both internally and externally facing. While work from home flexibility will be considered, the ability to Monday-Friday daytime will be essential.
Internal Management and Governance
External partners across corporate, government and social sectors
Proficient in setting up and managing documentation and templates in G-Suite and Office
Proactive and effective in communication
Outcome focused - able to work under direction, clarify inputs as needed and deliver on time
Systematically juggle multiple changing projects and can re-prioritise accordingly
Base level understanding of commercial concepts
Commerce and/or Project Management experience
At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
Prioritisation of tasks as part of broader work flows – project management a plus
Emotionally and socially intelligent
Self-motivated, disciplined and persistent
Flexible, adaptable and resilient to changing project needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanour with excellent presentation skills
Ability to work as part of a team
An understanding of multiple priorities and an ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
