GCPHN has an exciting part-time opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join their Primary Health Care team on the Gold Coast for a maximum term contract to 31 December 2022, with a view to extension depending on project and operational requirements. Part-time (0.6FTE) hours will be part of a job share arrangement and split over three working days (ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Ideally, the candidate will commence early January. 

Reporting to the Program Coordinator (Clinical Placements), you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support services to the Clinical Placements team, to contribute to successful project outcomes and ensure that medical and nursing student placements are appropriately planned, coordinated and undertaken.

Your day-to-day duties will include (but will not be limited to):

• Responding to enquiries and proactively problem solving to ensure successful coordination of student placements within the primary health care sector;
• Ensuring emails to the generic Clinical Placement inbox are responded to in a timely manner and escalated to the Project Officer and/or Program Coordinator where relevant;
• Assisting the Clinical Placements team in planning, scheduling and confirming student placements, activities and meetings, to ensure relevant project timeframes are met;
• Preparing student placement supporting documentation and information packs for orientation
• Updating workbook records, Client Relationship Management (CRM) and other relevant systems with project related information to assist with ongoing deliverables;
• Preparing meeting agendas, documenting meeting action items, and developing supporting documentation such as presentations; and
• Ensuring that project Gantt charts and 90-day plans are accurate and up to date

GCPHN will provide the successful candidate with an attractive remuneration, circa $65,060 - $72,715 ($39,036 - $43,629 pro rata at 0.6 FTE) plus super, commensurate with experience.
