Our Support Coordination is a highly valued support for people with disability, and we are known for our responsive, effective, accountable and problem solving expertise. Insights from our Specialist Support Coordinators are highly sought after, and we have experienced Managers with extensive knowledge of the NDIS and lived experienced of disability.

We currently have a full time position for a Level 5 Support Coordinator in Geelong.

This is a 12 month fixed term position with the possibility of ongoing.

What you will need

• Valuing attitudes and commitment to people with disabilities and their families
• Strong leadership, staff support and supervision skills and experience
• Knowledge of OHS legislation and risk management processes
• A high standard of professional integrity and accountability
• A belief in team work and cooperation
• Comprehensive knowledge of disability, universal and other community service systems as well as NDIS, legislation, policy and service standards
• Excellent communication skills
