The headspace Youth Worker will work directly with young people to identify goals and provide goal-directed care coordination and care planning tasks with young people, undertaking bio psychosocial assessments utilising the headspace assessment tool to provide the best services to the young person.

This role is integral to us achieving our vision for headspace Albury Wodonga: an integrated, comprehensive, and accessible service which improves the health and mental health of young people in the Albury-Wodonga region, and contributes to the health and wellbeing of their families, their friends, and our entire community:

• Permanent
• Part-time – 45.6 hours per fortnight (FTE 0.6)
• Based in Wodonga and Wangaratta
