As the Digital Product Manager, you will lead the charge in developing and executing on our digital product strategy, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that revolutionise how members interact with our brands. Some nice-to-haves, but non-essentials are:

• Experience in product management methodologies, providing additional depth to the candidate's skill set and facilitating seamless collaboration within cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with design thinking principles and user experience (UX) research methodologies, enabling the candidate to contribute to a holistic approach to product development and optimisation.
• Previous experience in industries undergoing digital transformation or disruption, offering valuable insights and perspectives that can enrich the team's problem-solving capabilities and strategic direction.

As the Digital Product Manager you will:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital product initiatives, overseeing key roadmap initiatives that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise features and develop near-term roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Utilise market insights and customer data to inform decision-making, driving continuous improvement and innovation in digital product offerings.
• Develop metrics and measurement frameworks to assess the success of initiatives, tracking progress against key performance indicators and iterating as necessary.
• Work closely with design and technical teams to create user-friendly products, making data-driven decisions on user interface (UI) design choices and user onboarding strategies.
• Manage the squad backlog, sprints, and engagement, overseeing quality assurance and approving releases for shipping to ensure product stability and timely delivery.
• Identify and consult key stakeholders, building buy-in and support for digital product strategies and initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the digital product management team.
