This 30 hour per week role oversees the operations and HR of the Fusion Mental Health Units and supports the senior clinician who oversees the case management of residents. They are the senior onsite worker and will ensure staff are well supported, and residents are cared for and supported in their recovery journeys.

The successful applicant will work with our senior staff to ensure high quality of care for our 14 residents aged 18-65 who experience severe and persistent mental illness. With a focus on People and Culture, Operations and WHS, Quality and Compliance and Networking, you will lead and manage our recovery support team to assist residents with living skills and reaching their recovery goals to transition to further independent living.

If you have a Bachelor's or higher degree in Social Work, Welfare, Psychology, Mental Health, Disability, HR, Policy, BA or other relevant areas of qualification, experience managing a team, compliance, or policy, and are looking for a new opportunity to work with a team committed to making a difference for those experiencing mental illness, this may be the right role for you.
