The Footpath Library is Australia's only giving mobile library for people experiencing homelessness. Established in 2003, TFL operates in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth operating outreach libraries, book clubs and an eLibrary supplying excellent quality books/digital reading material to anyone who loves to read and has difficulty accessing books.

about the role

We are looking for a Programs Manager in Melbourne, to support our Managing Director. This role is a great opportunity to get involved in the not for profit sector and use your skills to assist those experiencing homelessness.

We are a small team with a fantastic network of volunteers, so you will need to be highly organised, motivated, a great communicator, love reading and want to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable members of our community.

One day (8 hours) per week with possibility of more hours after 3 months.
