focus has openings for suitably qualified and/or experienced Team Leaders to join us.
Team Leaders lead a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver quality, person-centred and customer focussed outcomes for the people we support. It is an integral position at focus. You will have a minimum of Certificate IV in Disability and/or equivalent qualification and/or workplace capability. Experience with supporting people with complex support needs, managing a residential home and understanding of NDIS is highly desirable.
