We are seeking a suitably qualified People and Culture Generalist to join us on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

The People and Culture Generalist is a key position, providing a level of expertise for routine industrial relations matters and human resources partnership under the oversight of the Executive Manager – People, Culture and Safety. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to apply their theory to practice, within a dynamic and changing environment.

Key functions of the position include administration of the employee lifecycle, routine industrial relations matters, strategic workforce planning, compliance and implementing strategic human resource initiatives aligned to business needs. The position will operate in a cross-functional team environment. The ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively is imperative.

Your knowledge and experience in human resources, preferably within a not for profit environment, will be highly regarded. Qualifications in Human Resources and/or equivalent experience are required.
