We are seeking an experienced leader, preferably from within the Family Services and Community Sector, to join us as the Program Manager, Men’s Support Services.
Reporting to the Director, Services, the Program Manager, Men’s Support Services is a member of Family Life’s Executive Leadership Team.
The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all service delivery within this program area is delivered to the highest standard, achieves agreed outcomes and aligns with Family Life’s evidence informed approach, Vision, Purpose and Forward Plan. The incumbent will lead a high performing team that maximises capacity for service development and innovation, drives integration across the organisation and delivers on the growth agenda.
Operating in a complex environment, this role is all about leading the operation and implementation of the suite of Men’s Services that Family Life provides.

This is a full time, permanent role based primarily between our Sandringham and Frankston sites on Bunurong Land. As part of our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our people, you will enjoy the benefits of our Hybrid Working Model, which provides the opportunity for full-time employees to work remotely for up to two days per week.
You are a natural leader with a talent for supporting your highly specialised teams to develop strategy, with a real focus on implementation and operational excellence. Ideally you understand post-paid contract delivery and are able to monitor and deliver on the requirements of such contracts.
You are passionate about providing service excellence that meets the needs of our community with a commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing learning. As a highly motivated program manager, you lead teams to develop and implement solutions and process improvements.
You are capable of leading teams to work within complex environments where support for longer-term community change is needed, whilst balancing the need to meet the practice and quality demands of today’s clients.
