As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help lead the day-to-day running of one of our vibrant community stores by supporting and inspiring volunteers, creating engaging retail spaces, and delivering warm, inclusive customer experiences. Our stores are more than retail, they are community hubs so you’ll bring people management skills, creativity, energy and heart to visual merchandising, stock flow and store presentation, helping each space feel fresh, welcoming and purposeful. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values people and wants their work to make a real difference.
