Fitted for Work is currently looking to recruit a new full-time staff member to work as Job Victoria admin support to assist advocate services to people within the local community in need of advice, support, and referrals to the services they need to enhance their employment participation and opportunities.

This is an excellent initiative of the Victorian State Government to support Victorians getting back into work and an opportunity for those with excellent organisational skills to help drive change and create positive pathways for disadvantaged people.

This role will provide administrative support to the running of the Fitted for Work and Jobs Victoria Advocates Program through the efficient data entry and management using Cstar and Salesforce CRMs, supporting delivery of community engagement activities, and providing administrative support across client registrations, information sessions, and workshops both online and face to face.
