This role is about supporting community to receive safe, consistent and culturally grounded care close to home. FIAAI plays a critical role in ensuring Elders and community members are supported in a way that respects culture, connection and lived experience. The Health Manager is central to this, providing clinical oversight, strengthening systems, and supporting staC to deliver care that is safe, practical and responsive.
FIAAI is seeking a Health Manager (Registered Nurse) to lead and strengthen our aged care and community support services. This is a key leadership role that brings together clinical oversight, staC support and service coordination to ensure safe, consistent and culturally grounded care for our community.
The role is suited to a Registered Nurse who is confident working across people, systems and service delivery, and who can provide practical clinical leadership in a small, community-based environment.
FIAAI is an Aboriginal community-controlled organisation delivering aged care and community support services on Flinders Island. Our work is grounded in culture, community and connection.
