With a focus on sustainable financial growth, Fairhaven is currently seeking an experienced Business Manager who can collaborate with the CEO to develop, implement, and continually evaluate the operational and strategic plan of our CoPack facility – a Disability Enterprise located in Tuggerah.
You will work closely with the Facility Coordinator ensuring efficient and effective day to day operations with your focus on boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. This role has a key focus on supporting business development which requires knowledge of the market and competitors. It is expected you will maintain an extensive knowledge of current market conditions through a wide business network identifying opportunities to develop Fairhaven’s unique selling propositions and competitive advantage.
We are looking for a self-motivated, results-orientated leader with a high degree of initiative who can demonstrate they can lead the business division into the future. You will have qualifications in management and packaging or manufacturing and experience in negotiating and establishing supplier contracts, ideally in a supported employment environment. You can demonstrate experience in building strategic relationships and business development strategies.
The role will suit someone who has the ability to think strategically, solve problems, and improve processes and business efficiencies. A demonstrated understanding of the NDIS Standards, Food Production Standards and ISO 31000 Risk Management is highly desirable.
