The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation ('BCF') is one of Sydney's largest frontline charities and has been supporting people experiencing homelessness, poverty and disadvantage for almost 40 years.

Through our medical, social welfare, food relief and education programs, we provide practical support and compassionate care to thousands of people each year.
Our multidisciplinary healthcare team delivers high-quality primary healthcare services to some of Sydney's most vulnerable communities through our fully equipped medical clinics in Ashfield and Blacktown.
Working alongside General Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers, Allied Health Professionals and Alcohol & Other Drug ('AOD') specialists, you will play a vital role in providing holistic, person-centred care to people who may otherwise struggle to access healthcare services.
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse ('RN') to join our growing healthcare team on either a full-time or part-time basis (minimum three days per week).
This is not a hospital ward role. It is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, work autonomously within a supportive multidisciplinary environment and provide healthcare that genuinely changes lives.
You will utilise your clinical expertise across a broad range of primary healthcare services while supporting patients who often present with complex health and social needs.
You are an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering accessible healthcare and building trust with patients from diverse backgrounds.
