evee is Australia’s largest all-electric car sharing platform, enabling owners of electric vehicles (EVs) to rent them out when they are not in use, whilst renters get to experience the joy of driving an electric vehicle. The Role

We are experiencing exciting growth at evee and we are looking for a marketing all-rounder, one that has a grasp of the complete marketing ecosystem but with a focus on growth, especially within online. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the region, which will drive customer acquisition and retention. This opportunity to get in at the “ground floor” is not to be missed, your impact will be immediate and a catalyst to the future of the business. Working with the Founder, C-suite and advisors, you will have the support you need to establish evee as the leading EV rental platform.

The Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, EDM, partnerships, social media marketing, and paid advertising
• Have a well-rounded ability to incorporate offline channels such as PR, OOH, media and events
• Develop and implement marketing partnerships within the industry, focussing on growing customer awareness
• Responsible for developing and implementing brand foundation elements such as TOV, copy and brand expression across all platforms
• Create omni-channel brand marketing campaigns that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness to drive both customer acquisition and retention
• Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features) and consumer trends across the EV market
• Work with internal teams and agencies to ensure key tactics (paid, SEO) are driving site traffic and acquisitions, including collaboration with the Digital Manager who leads the paid advertising
• Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Klavio) during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing impact and ROI
• Ensure the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously updated and optimised to provide a great user experience
• Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and performance, and provide recommendations on improvement strategies

What we need from you:

• At least 6 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the online space
• Proven track record of successful growth campaigns and companies
• An entrepreneurial spirit that can work from strategy development through to execution
• Expertise across the online and offline marketing channels, with a focus on content, social media, partnerships, community and EDM marketing
• Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse remote/hybrid environment
• Interest in EVs, sustainability, clean energy and/or the sharing economy

Employment Basis

• The role is full-time, 35 hours per week
• Open to all candidates within Australia but preference will be given to Sydney based candidates
• The Sydney team work together in a CBD coworking space once a week. The role will be fully remote at all other times
