Our Brighton clinic helps children and their families to achieve their goals by providing evidence-based interventions and social skill building for children with autism and other learning, behavioural and developmental delays. Offering a variety of support services, our Brighton clinic is the birthplace of the Early Start Denver Model for toddlers and pre-school children on the autism spectrum, and also provides general allied health supports for children 0-8.

The Opportunity:

Leading a team of more than 30 allied health professionals, educators and administrators, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of quality services and supports to children and their families in the Brighton catchment area whilst managing and maintaining a focus on positive client outcomes across the team.

Drawing on your early intervention experience and autism knowledge, you will be proactive and solutions-focused, providing support and direction to the allied health professionals within your team, so that they are able to achieve the very best outcomes for clients, families and the wider organisation.

With a qualification as a psychologist, speech pathologist, OT, BCBA, or registered teacher, you will be provided with training in the Early Start Denver Model if you are not already certified.

  • Apply and extend your extensive clinical knowledge to drive meaningful outcomes for children and their families;

What do you need to join?

  • Qualified psychologist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, BCBA, social worker, registered teacher or early childhood educator;
  • Experience in Autism Early Intervention and Paediatric Allied Health. Autism research interest is highly regarded;
  • Past experience in leadership and managerial roles. Those seeking to extend in to first centre leadership position are also welcome to apply;
  • Compliance – Qualifications relevant to the role, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 vaccination certificate or exemption, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle.
