About You

You are experience in the Allied Health sector and are motivated to be a crucial part of organisational growth and supporting people in the community with complex needs, enabling them to have a voice and choice to thrive.

To be successful we would love for you to have the following:

  • Proven experience in a business development role or project management
  • Knowledge of client intake process in allied health sector
  • Understanding of available supports, including SIL and SDA
  • High level of patience and resilience
  • Ability to inform and guide others through a process
  • Negotiation skills and ability to influence
  • Organisation and time management skills that are balanced with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Great systems skills with the ability to manage information across multiple platforms

Understanding of NDIS & other funding source guidelines is highly desirable.

It is a requirement of this position to acquire and maintain a positive Working with Children’s Check, NDIS Worker Screening check and possess a current & valid driver’s license.

About the Role

The Business Development Coordinator will support the National Manager to collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new participants transitioning into our service.

You will also support any enquiries for complex NDIS packages to ensure the organisation continues to build capacity and capability, and support the National Manager to monitor and track ermha365’s customer portfolio.

Specifically this role will undertake:

  • Guide, lead and coordinate as central part of client intake, from enquiry to onboarding
  • Coordinate the transition of new client into our service
  • Support client onboarding process
  • Involved in housing and coordination of services
  • Manage enquiries and keep referral engaged
  • Monitor and coordinator projects related to intake and onboarding
  • Point of contact for all enquiries related to SIL packages and housing arrangements
  • Work collaboratively with external stakeholders, including clinical professionals

This role will work from home and is flexible with location. You may be required to attend meetings or training at our Head Office in Dandenong South. You will also be expected to communicate via teleconferences and conduct site visits when required.
