The Organisation
Close to 1 million Australian’s live with endometriosis at some point in their lives. Endometriosis can often be a painful, debilitating disease that can affect fertility. Despite the growing awareness of endometriosis, the community and many health professionals lack a genuine understanding and the impact it can have on daily life for so many.
Endometriosis Australia is a nationally accredited charity, and a peak body dedicated to raising awareness, funding research, and educating the public about endometriosis. Since our establishment in 2012, we have become a leading voice in advocating for education, research, and fundraising to support those affected by endometriosis.
Our mission is to improve understanding and awareness of this condition. As EA builds its presence in the community through brand awareness, government relations and fundraising, our ability to support research and programs liked EndoAware in the workplace, has also increased.
About this position
The EndoAware Program & Client Manager will spearhead the promotion, sales, and ongoing client relationship management for the workplace program. Additionally, they will oversee the overall management of the EndoAware program in Australia.
This workplace program focuses on increasing awareness and providing support for employees with endometriosis through policy reviews, best practices and guidelines, education, and implementation. Notably, the EndoAware workplace accreditation program is the first of its kind in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sustainable sales strategy
- Effectively action referrals and EOI and qualify leads to ensure program success and sustainability
- Manage program implementation including reporting
- Monitor and report on sales performance, workplace satisfaction, program outcomes and provide feedback to the project team to continuously improve the program.
- Manage and deliver budget and regular financial reporting to General Manager and Board
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to promote the program
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across all demographics including C-Suite, in person and online
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of workplace people and culture programs
- Demonstrated experience with workplace learning programs and platforms
- Strong understanding of the importance of monitoring & tracking data and impact reporting
- High level attention to detail and strong project management skills
- Demonstrated experience and/or understanding of diversity and inclusion
- Experience with or understanding of Priority Populations, including CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse), First Nations, LGBTIQA+, low socio economic and low health literacy
- Strong desire for continuous learning and development
Desirable
- Qualification in HR, Program Management, Health, Allied services or similar
- Experience working alongside a research team to finesse program content post pilot phase
- Experience in selling and implementing online learning management systems in workplaces
- Experience presenting at conferences
- Understanding or awareness of different states and territories health systems and the differences of rural, regional, and metro communities
- Knowledge of endometriosis and its impact on individuals and the workplace
