The Role:

We are currently recruiting an ICT Business Relationship Manager for a Full Time Permanent position. Your purpose as the ICT Business Relationship Manager is to act as the business’ trusted advisor and ICT’s primary point of contact with the business to provide ICT with business feedback, insights and recommendations on ICT services and engagement. This will include:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and to understand business division strategic plans
• Collate business requirements to feed into individual business ICT roadmaps and the Endeavour Foundation ICT roadmap
• Interface with Manager ICT Plan & Govern and ICT to create innovative business solutions to enable Endeavour Foundation to achieve business and strategic goals
• Recommend and contribute to the design and implementation of standards, tools and methodologies. - soliciting input on required business capabilities, opportunities, priorities and risks of each business area
• Act as the business’ Trusted Advisor and ICT’s primary point of contact with the business division, providing the business with ICT guidance and direction, ICT updates, performance reporting, guidance on ICT processes, procedures and to whom specific queries should be directed
• Leverage knowledge of the business, industry, and leading-edge technological solutions to transform the way the business operates and provides services to its customers

All about you:

• Significant experience working in a large, complex, and customer-focused ICT environment, in support of business strategy.
• Experience facilitating change management involving business processes and organisational change
• Proven experience conducting business analysis and soliciting, understanding, and verifying business requirements
• Highly motivated and self-directed; able to effectively prioritise and execute while under pressure
• Empathetic and with strong interpersonal skills; able to influence, negotiate and resolve conflict
• Highly adaptable and flexible; able to adjust quickly to new situations and changing priorities
• Facilitation and influencing skills to influence end to end engagement to achieve desired business outcomes
