Mercy Services are looking for a truly dedicated L & D with previous industry experience, to assume this critical role to provide learning and development support, development, coordination and advice to the various departments within Mercy Services.
In conjunction with Departmental Heads’ the role is responsible for scoping, designing, developing, implementing, reviewing, evaluating and continuously improving activities associated with staff learning and development to ensure employees have the appropriate skills and competencies to perform their roles and for Mercy Services to meet its accreditation requirements in line with strategic planning.
In conjunction with the Quality, Clinical and Safety Advisor, the role jointly supervises the Care Educator/Safety Officer.
Remuneration will be offered based on the successful incumbent’s skills and experience and additional to this will be the Not For Profit (PBI) tax benefits. Salary sacrificing for a vehicle is also possible if desired.
This role would be suitable for a very experienced L&D professional who has worked in a large, well established company but is ready to take that next step in their career to owning the L&D function in a smaller organisation.
