As a registered NDIS service provider we support people living with disabilities through a person centered and strengths-based approach where we customise the delivery of their supports to be effective, responsive and seamlessly integrate with their lifestyle.

Due to organisation growth several great opportunities have arisen for Support Workers with proactive, enthusiastic and can do attitudes with a professional warm manner to assist those people we support to live full and meaningful lives.

We pride ourselves on delivering individualised tailored and flexible support to make a positive impact and enhance the quality of life for our clients and their families.

Our services include Supported Independent Living Homes, Community Participation, Short Term Accommodation / Respite and Day Options. 

The successful applicant(s) must have:

• Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent 
• A willingness and availability to work varying hours which may include sleepover (non-active), overnight (active), day, afternoon, evening and early morning shifts. 
• The ability to work with and support participants with varying and challenging behaviours and complex needs
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Current Certificates - First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, Medication Administration, NDIS Workers Check, WWC Check, NDIS Worker Orientation module
• COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
• The rights to work in Australia
