We are seeking an experienced, innovative and dynamic Disability Support Practice Leader to provide clinical leadership that ensures the successful delivery of exceptional person-centred practice that provides the best outcomes for our participants.
Based in Mawson Lakes, this role also comes with a fully maintained vehicle as there will be regular need to be out of the office and visiting participants, manager's and support workers at our various locations across Adelaide.
This is a Senior level Position that will be responsible for driving improvements in practice quality by leading, monitoring and evaluating the implementation and embedment of person-centred practice principles through Ellie B's Clinical Governance Framework.
You will share a passion for our vision and our values and genuinely care about the work you do and committed to implementing and driving best practice.
You will have experience working with people with disabilities, and the ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
You will have in-depth knowledge of NDIS, person-centred Practice, Active Support Principles and a sound understanding of reporting and compliance requirements including the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission framework.
