Eating Disorders Families Australia (EDFA) is the only national organisation focused solely on families and carers of those living with eating disorders. A not-for-profit organisation supported by a high-calibre Board, EDFA provides support, education, advocacy, and counselling services to families and carers who are supporting someone with an eating disorder. When you join EDFA, you will receive a competitive rate of pay, not-for-profit salary packaging benefits, and the ability to end each day knowing you have made a difference.
The EDucation Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of EDFA’s national education activities, funded by the Queensland Government until June 2027. The EDucation Program provides carers with accessible learning resources, including webinars, podcasts, blog articles, and structured learning offerings such as the Nourish, Nurture, Notice (NNN) program, to help families understand and support their loved one through eating disorder recovery.
The Coordinator provides essential operational, communication, and administrative support to ensure that EDFA’s EDucation and NNN activities are delivered smoothly, consistently, and in alignment with organisational strategies and funding requirements.
This role reports to EDFA's Head of Programs and will work closely with other program managers and coordinators.
As a national organisation, the majority of EDFA programs are delivered remotely. As such, this role can be undertaken from anywhere in Australia.
Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and interviews may be scheduled before the closing date. Early applications are encouraged.
