As part of our Occupational Therapy team at Ringwood, EACH is looking for an Occupational Therapist with demonstrated advanced clinical skills in managing a complex caseload using a customer-centric approach. You will have experience and skill in a wide range of OT assessments, treatment, interventions, outcome measures, and client education.In turn,making a huge difference to the lives of those living in the community with a focus on independence and enablement.

The role will involve working with a broad client base including people from diverse backgrounds and your experience with NDIS participants and conducting ADL/life skills training (highly desirable).

What you'll be doing

As part of the team, you will provide Assessments, plan and implement appropriate occupational therapy intervention, prescription of equipment or environmental modifications, including funding applications, and facilitate Occupational Therapy groups.

You will contribute to the development and expansion of the Occupational Therapy service whist completing research and evaluation activities aimed at improving evidence-based clinical practices and service delivery.

Who you'll be working with

Our Occupational Therapy team delivers customer-centric services to people living in the community with a focus on independence and enablement.

We are a large team with a broad range of clinical skills and expertise comprising of 35 staff including 14 OTs. This role will be working closely with the OT clinical leader and the OT team who are enthusiastic, passionate about their work.
