Be the first point of connection
At Each, our Customer Service Officers play an important role in creating welcoming, inclusive experiences for every person who walks through our doors or reaches out for support. Working within our community health services, you’ll help people connect to the care they need—supporting access, dignity and positive outcomes.
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, families and visitors—setting the tone for a respectful and supportive experience. Through clear communication, organisation and care, you’ll help people navigate services and feel confident they’re in the right place.
