Enhance Health Services (EHS) is a professional and well-established allied health service within Disability Services Australia (DSA) that has been providing a broad range of positive behaviour planning, allied health and psychological supports for 20 years to people across all ages.

We are NDIS registered and provide clinic-based as well as mobile services to individuals and families.

Our team specialises in:

  • Positive Behaviour Support by a specialist allied health team
  • Assessments by Psychologists (cognitive & functional)
  • Psychology (therapy & counselling)
  • Speech Pathology (assessments, therapy & meal time plans)
  • Occupational Therapy (assessments & therapy)
  • Registered Nurse with disability expertise
  • Training & Consultancy

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with adolescent and adult clients within the disability sector in a supportive professional environment. Applicants from a non disability background with a keen interest in this sector will also be considered. Applicants can also chose their base from either Mascot or Campbelltown but will need to travel to different locations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of psychological interventions using evidence based therapy.
  • Conduct psychometric, behavioural and functional assessments.
  • Complete a range of reports and provide valued recommendations, with a focus on positive behaviour planning.

Successful Applicant's Must Have:

  • Relevant psychology tertiary qualification and current full registration with AHPRA
  • Ability to work effectively and independently as part of a team
  • Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel within the Greater Sydney Area
