The drum is seeking a Coordinator on City of Yarra Estates position (.8 EFT) to lead our work with partners, with young people, services and funding. The Proposed hours of work: Mondays to Thursday, 7.6 hours between 10am and 8pm on a fixed term contract basis until the 30 June 2023. The role and ds youth services has guaranteed funding until June 2023.

The role involves:

• Supervising part time staff and leading a small team
• Ensuring the co-design model centres the contributions of youth, peer leaders and service users
• Coordination of 2 youth service programs engaging young people (including primary school aged) across City of Yarra public housing estates
• Working with our funder to elevate the voices and aspirations of young people
• Collaborating with the youth leadership team
