About Dolly’s Dream:

For 28 years, national charity the Alannah & Madeline Foundation, now also with Dolly’s Dream, has worked to safeguard every child’s right to live free from violence and bullying.

Dolly’s Dream was set up in memory of Dolly Everett, aged 14, who took her own life after an extended period of bullying and cyber bullying. Dolly left behind her parents Tick and Kate and her sister Meg, who are now focused on helping prevent other families from going through the same devastating experience.

About the Supporter Care and Stewardship Officer role:

The Supporter Care and Stewardship Officer is the voice of Dolly’s Dream, acting as the first point of contact for our supporters by:

  • Answering enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring supporters feel heard, valued and connected.
  • Leading and enhancing our Supporter Care Program, ensuring every donor and fundraiser journey is thoughtful, seamless, and aligned with our mission.
  • Developing and delivering resources, toolkits and ongoing support for community fundraisers and participants in our biggest campaign: Do It For Dolly Day.
  • Helping manage campaign delivery, tracking and reporting to improve outcomes and grow our reach year after year.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and overseeing financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • Providing operational support to the Dolly’s Dream Advisory Board and collaborate across the wider Foundation.

About you!

You will be a great fit for the role if you have:

  • 3–5 years' experience in customer care, fundraising, marketing or admin—ideally within a not-for-profit or community-based organisation.
  • Confidence working across CRMs (Raiser’s Edge highly regarded), digital fundraising platforms (e.g. Funraisin, Raisely) and Microsoft Office.
  • A calm, compassionate and professional manner—especially when dealing with sensitive topics and vulnerable communities.
  • A collaborative spirit, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work flexibly across teams.
