Ongoing, full-time position based at the Malmsbury Youth Justice Precinct but working flexibly across other Youth Justice Custodial Precincts (Cherry Creek & Parkville), where needed to respond to operational requirements.
YJW2 role: $ 81,496 - $ 93,719 per year plus super
As Cultural Liaison Officer, you will support multicultural and multifaith young people in custody. You will help them stay connected to culture, family and community while in a safe setting.
You will:
You must hold a current employee Working with Children Check card before you start. You must also hold a current full driver licence. A qualification in social work, youth work, community development or a related field is desirable.
