We’re seeking a motivated, digitally savvy Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator to support our marketing and fundraising teams across communications, social media, events and administrative tasks. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and thrives in a purpose-driven organisation.

Based in Summer Hill (Sydney), this is a part-time position (30 hours per week). Flexible working arrangements are available, with hours worked across 4 or 5 days and some capacity to work from home.

About the Role

This is an exciting and fast-paced role that sits at the heart of our communications and fundraising activity. You’ll play a key role in promoting our work, engaging supporters, and ensuring smooth operations across marketing and fundraising activities.

You will:

  • Coordinate marketing and ticketing for our pre-loved fashion sales, including content creation, social media engagement and managing ticketing platforms.
  • Create, plan and schedule engaging social media content across various platforms to promote client services, fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Develop compelling visual and written content for social media, website, EDMs and printed collateral.
  • Coordinate and deliver EDMs in collaboration with program leads, including content collation, editing and distribution.
  • Manage the organisation’s online fundraising website, including campaign setup and content creation, maintaining technical functionality and CRM integration.
  • Respond to general fundraising enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Undertake fundraising administration, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate delivery of agreed partnership benefits and stewardship activities.
  • Identify suitable grant opportunities, and assist with applications and reporting
  • Coordinate corporate clothing donations, including managing enquiries, invoicing and scheduling drop-offs.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in Salesforce CRM.

About You

Creative, organised marketing and fundraising professional passionate about supporting women and driving impact.

Essential:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a marketing, communications or administration.
  • Advanced social media skills, including content creation, publishing, and scheduling.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience designing content using Canva.
  • Experience preparing and distributing EDMs via platforms, such as MailChimp or Pardot.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, reliable and able to manage competing priorities.

Desirable:

  • Experience in fundraising, partnerships or not-for-profit sector.
  • Basic website editing skills, including WordPress and/or Funraisin experience.
  • Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Grant writing and reporting experience.

The successful candidate will be required to hold (or be able to obtain) a current NSW Working with Children Check and have unrestricted rights to work in Australia. An Australian Police Check is also required before offer of employment.
