Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service (DYHS) was established in 1974 and is the largest Aboriginal community‑controlled health service provider in Western Australia. DYHS delivers community‑based primary health care, caring for over 20,000 Aboriginal patients across clinics in East Perth, Mirrabooka, Maddington and Midland.
Our services are grounded in community nursing, culturally secure care, prevention, early intervention, chronic disease management, care coordination, and multidisciplinary teamwork to improve outcomes for Aboriginal children and families.

We are seeking a Paediatric Case Officer to deliver and coordinate community‑based paediatric care.
This role combines clinical nursing and care coordination to support infants, children and families to access specialist services while receiving culturally safe, family‑centred care.
The position works closely with families, paediatric specialists, allied health professionals, Aboriginal Health Practitioners and internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
