Immediate opportunity for Events Coordinator to join this high profile brand. You will play a key role in supporting with end to end administration and coordination of events.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first class admin and event coordination support for national events including programs, conferences, exhibitions and roadshows
  • Manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare & dispatch invitations and event documentation and kits
  • Update CRM
  • Attend events where required to support on the day
  • Liaise with suppliers, photographers and stakeholders to ensure all logistics requirements are met
  • Organise catering, promotional material and audio visual requirements
  • Build relationships with staff, sponsors, volunteers and suppliers
  • Risk assessment and welfare management
  • Manage Public Speaker bookings
  • Manage the volunteer events team
  • Maintain the merchandise for events and campaigns, complete regular stock takes

Essential Criteria:

  • Event coordination and administration experience
  • Photography and videography skills
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Current drivers licence
  • Well organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • CRM experience
  • Excellent MS Office skills
