RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Building and nurturing great relationships with your client portfolio
• Create strong working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting clients with their ongoing campaign plans, providing analysis and advice
• Develop and implement strategic plans working with clients and the team
• Proactively help clients to find ways to grow and deliver successful campaigns
• Conduct meetings, prepare briefs and develop strategy
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
• Prepare reports on insights and trends
• Develop deep understanding of your clients causes and donor base
• Effective problem solving to deliver the best outcomes for clients and the organisation
• Support and contribute to future team strategies and goals
• Work with CEO on future strategy

CRITERIA:

• Proven track record of success in Fundraising Management roles
• Charity sector experience highly regarded
• Ability to nurture long term partnerships
• Ability to think and act at a strategic level
• Tenacious, enthusiastic, professional and engaging
• Donor Care/Supporter Care experience a big plus
• Superior communication, influencing and presentation skills
• Effective problem solver who can “think on their feet”
• Analytical and reporting skills
• “Can do” attitude, passion for results and delivering first class service
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications
