Are you passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences and helping students achieve their goals? Do you thrive in small fast paced people-focused teams? If you're a proactive, tech-savvy professional who loves supporting others, we'd love to hear from you.
Delta Institute is seeking a Student Experience Coordinator to join our Learner Empowerment Team. This is a pivotal role that supports prospective students, current learners, and graduate members throughout their journey with the Institute.
From converting enquiries into enrolments, to providing outstanding student support and coordinating learning activities, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional student experience.
As the first point of contact for the Delta Institute, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence. You'll support learners from their initial enquiry through to graduation and membership.
This part-time, work-from-home role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to an organisation dedicated to education, animal behaviour, and positive reinforcement training practices.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused, and motivated by helping people succeed. You’re confident excelling in a fast-paced environment, and actively contributing to a small but mighty, performance focused team.
Our purpose is to help animals and people bring joy to each other.
Delta’s work is driven by the values of integrity, supportiveness, accountability, and purpose. Our organisational DNA is shaped by reflective practice, customer centricity, best practice, operational excellence, and positive reinforcement.
At the core of our work is the human-animal bond. We promote and teach humane, evidence-based methods of dog training and believe that dogs and humans benefit most when their welfare and wellbeing are equally considered.
As the leaders in positive reinforcement animal training education in Australia, we give students the skills, tools, and confidence to positively impact the lives of animals and their people through industry leading formal qualification.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and strongly encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, including First Nations peoples, people with disability, culturally and linguistically diverse candidates, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
Our organisation is committed to protecting vulnerable people. We require all employees to undergo screening processes, including a National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or state equivalent), prior to appointment.
