We are a community-centred practice, working to create places and experiences that respond to the needs of our clients and those who will use the spaces. At the heart of the practice is an ongoing commitment to using design skills to achieve social purpose. This drives our work in education, social and affordable housing, integrated seniors living and aged care, and master planning for communities. With our team of 20 we offer architecture, urban design and interior design services.

About the role

The role is one that is both strategic and tactical. It supports the practice to create and sustain engaging relationships, to secure design opportunities aligned with our values and to continue to build our reputation and brand. The marketing and communications manager will work closely with the managing director and senior staff but also with the broader team to support and develop their communication and BD skills and knowledge. Our talented graphic designer collaborates closely with the marketing and communications manager to ensure that the visual and the written communication is seamless.

It is an exciting time in the practice, and this role is essential in working with the whole team around our strategic direction and supporting the team to communicate those changes. We are happy to discuss the role as full-time or part-time.

About You
