DDACL is a family friendly, flexible, supportive workplace that supports staff and encourages training and development. This position provides a great opportunity to work with the Aboriginal community in Southern Metropolitan Melbourne.

This position sits within the Corporate Services Team and reports directly to the Corporate Services Manager. The primary responsibilities of the position are review, monitor and promote systems that facilitate Continuous Quality Improvement across the Quality, Risk and Compliance systems of the organisation; analyse data to inform regular trends reports and make recommendations to relevant Sub-committees; lead the development and implementation of an effective audit schedule across the organisation and maintain a CQI register to support compliance with AGPAL Accreditation and funding bodies.

The successful candidate will have an understanding and commitment to Victorian Aboriginal culture and the concept and practice of Aboriginal community control, demonstrated experience in designing, developing, implementing and evaluating quality, risk and compliance frameworks in the not-for-profit sector and a demonstrated experience in the range of accreditation requirements. They will also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, stakeholder management sills, as well as change management, influencing and negotiation skills.
