About the Role:

Reception is the first point of contact for Djerriwarrh Community & Education Services internal and external contacts. Therefore, the incumbent needs to represent the organisation’s values and philosophies, and create a welcoming and supportive introduction to the organisation. The Reception position entails a diverse skill base of receptionist/administrative skills required to support Djerriwarrh.

The role has two key functions:

1. To maintain a professional and welcoming reception service;
2. To assist organisational services teams with various administrative functions.

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience in administration and reception in a community training setting desirable.
