Deaf Children Australia's ("DCA") purpose is to remove barriers to the personal development and social inclusion faced by children and young people who are deaf or hard of hearing (DHoH). Working closely with the CEO and Executive Team, the Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for all marketing and communications relating to the promotion of DCA and associated brands and products. The role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and PR strategies to support existing and planned business activities, design of marketing collateral and growth of brands. The purpose is to attract and engage more participants in DCA's key mission, services, products and activities. The role provides strategic media advice and support to senior management and staff across a range of media or public relations matters.
The Marketing and Communications Manager will also be responsible for the development and management of the Marketing budget and expenditures. The role has autonomy and covers everything marketing and communications.
