DARE Disability Support is an established not-for-profit organisation based in the Blue Mountains. We provide quality programs to people with a disability in the areas of accommodation support, independent living, employment and training, recreation and social inclusion.

Based in Springwood, DARE is looking for an experienced Co-ordinator to join our busy supported independent living team.

Reporting to the Community Living Manager, your role will primarily involve overseeing the co-ordination of service delivery at allocated houses and ensure clients are supported to achieve quality outcomes in a person centred environment and have their rights upheld. This will include managing staff and resources; liaison with families, advocates and other services; development and review of individual client programs; maintenance of records and compliance with DARE’s quality management system.

This role is 5 days per week (up to 38 hours), however, we will consider flexible hours for the right candidate. Conditions of employment are in accordance with the SCHADS Award Grade 4.
