As an Employment Inclusion Coordinator, you will be part of our newly created Specialist Disability Employment Team to identify, secure, and coordinate employment placements specifically for participants in our partnership projects.
This is not a traditional disability employment services role. You will engage and negotiate with employers to develop person-centred and customised employment placements for participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Working alongside a great team of Employment Mentors, you will have the time to ensure the ‘right fit’ for both the participant and employer as well as delivering a high-quality service to our partner organisations.

The successful candidate will be employed on a full time, ongoing contract and will work across Melbourne, in predominately community-based settings, with a convenient base location negotiable.
An opportunity also exists for a member in the team to be appointed as Team Leader which would involve additional administration and leadership opportunities.
