CVGT Australia have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Consultant - Disability Employment Services (DES) to join our team, working from our Hobart service area.  

You will be meeting with a broad spectrum of participants, assessing possible employment barriers, understanding their individual needs and working to help them move forward.

What you will need:

• The ability to communicate with people of diverse backgrounds, varying degrees of disadvantage, age and cultures
• The ability to work towards targets and organise priorities to ensure meeting/exceeding of targets
• A demonstrated experience in sales and/or relationship management roles
• A realistic understanding of the barriers to employment and labour market challenges experienced by people with disabilities, injury and health conditions
• Optimism, empathy and the resilience required to motivate others.

This is a full-time role, with a view to attract and secure more business and contracts in the future. Previous employment services experience is desirable however, hands on training and support are provided for new starters.
