We’d love to hear from people who can drive and support participants to live the life they choose. 

As a (DES) Employment Consultant you will be meeting with a broad spectrum of participants assessing possible employment barriers, understanding their individual needs and working to help them move forward.

Our Employment Consultants:

• Support and motivate their individual caseload of people in the DES program, ensuring every encounter is purposeful with the aim to gain sustainable employment.
• Are proactive in growing their caseload, with a strong focus on customer experience.  
• Have an impressive track record, meeting or exceeding their KPI's and working together to meet targets.
• Demonstrate their knowledge or willingness to develop an understanding of the contractual requirements and Disability Service Standards.

The successful applicant will join our team in the Calder region, the majority of their time will be based out of our Broadmeadows office and they will be employed on a full-time, maximum-term contract until 30 June 2023.

The successful applicant will commence employment working under the current advice from the Honourable Dan Andrews.
