CVGT Australia have an exciting opportunity for a Career Coach to join our jobactive team in Benalla/Mansfield. 

The role: 

As a Career Coach, you will be meeting with a diverse range of people, understanding their individual needs and working to help them gain meaningful employment. 

This will be achieved through conducting appointments with your clients and job matching to one of the many jobs that we have available through our employer contacts. You will be reverse marketing clients to employers, updating job plan and enhancing clients' strengths to assist them achieve their long-term career goals of meaningful and sustainable employment.

The successful candidate will be employed on a part time, fixed term contract to 11 October 2021 (Maternity leave cover).

Our Career Coaches: 

• Support and motivate an active caseload of clients, to ensure every encounter is purposeful with the aim to gain sustainable employment.
• Strong focus on customer experience.  
• Have a track record of meeting or exceeding KPI's and managing client relationships
• Reverse marketing to achieve employment outcomes
• Support clients to maintain their employment through post placement/ongoing support
