Cultivate Clean is a deeply values-led, fast growing, premium eco-friendly residential cleaning company based in Eltham. We're looking for an exceptional Training & Quality Lead to help us develop our people, protect our quality and build the systems that will allow us to grow without losing what makes us special.
This is a hands-on role combining field work with training, coaching, quality control and learning and development. You'll need to be physically fit and enjoy physical work mixed with desk-based tasks, creative problem-solving, and developing practical training resources.
You'll work closely with our Founder to help build the Cultivate Clean Method, taking our existing standards, values and approach and turning them into practical, scalable training that helps every team member deliver an exceptional experience.
We're looking for a go-getter who is passionate about exceptional service, has a natural eye for detail, and thrives on variety, autonomy and a challenge.
You're naturally joyful, positive and empathetic. You love people and have a genuine desire to serve others and make their lives better; whether that's helping a client who may be going through a difficult time or helping a team member learn, grow and succeed.
You're someone who:
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or other relevant learning and development qualification would be highly regarded but is not essential. We're open to supporting the right person to further develop their formal training and L&D capability.
We're a young, ambitious business with big plans and this is an opportunity to join us at a stage where you can have a genuine impact on what we become.
You'll have autonomy, variety and the opportunity to help build something meaningful, working within a joyful, values-led team committed to exceptional service, genuine care and environmentally responsible cleaning.
We offer $38–$42 per hour + super for approximately 16–20 permanent part-time hours per week, across 3–4 regular agreed days. Hours can be structured around school hours if local.
If you're excited by the idea of helping us build a team that can deliver the same exceptional Cultivate Clean experience, every time, we'd love to hear from you.
Please click "Apply Now" and your resume and a one-page cover letter telling us a little about yourself and why you think you'd be a great fit for this role.
We're looking for the right person to join us as soon as practical, with the commencement date to be agreed with the successful candidate.
Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and we may close the advertisement early if we find the right person, so we encourage you to apply promptly.
A position description is attached.
