About You

Are you passionate about managing programs which provide holistic support for people who have multiple unmet needs? Are you a skilled, knowledgeable and flexible people manager? Do you possess strong personal values including high level personal integrity and commitment to ethical behaviour? Do you work using a trauma informed care and practice framework?

About the Role

Using a social justice lens, you will work collaboratively with Community Restorative Centre (CRC) management and staff to develop and deliver a portfolio of new and existing case management services for men and women impacted by the criminal justice system in the Greater Sydney Metro area. You will provide support for staff at a range of locations, including at head office, in Western Sydney and working remotely. You may also have opportunities to work across all areas of the organisation.


  • Full Time (38 hours per week)
  • Contract to 30th June 2024
  • Classified as Level 7 Pay Point 3 of the SCHADS Award 2010
  • Salary of $101,902 gross per annum plus Super and generous Salary Packaging options
  • Based at Head Office in Canterbury, with travel to offices located in Greater Sydney Metro area
