About the Role

As our Graphic Designer you will enjoy being an integral part of a highly collaborative, motivated and cohesive Marketing and Communications team. Working closely with our Creative Manager in this rewarding role, your design and photographic creativity will support our campaigns and fundraising activities, program promotions, and brand awareness.

Qualifications and Training

Preferred: Dip Arts Graphic Design OR Bachelor of Design (Graphics) or similar.

Experience and Knowledge

  • 3+ years’ experience in a graphic design role, across both print and digital channels, ideally within a collaborative team environment
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver creative projects from concept to execution
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
  • Experience in using Adobe Illustrator for illustration and infographics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for design purposes

Highly desirable:

  • Competency in digital platforms such as Asana, Funraisin, Figma, and Miro
  • Experience designing within platforms such as WordPress, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar) and social media
  • Experience in motion design, animation

  • Collaborative, with problem solving skills
  • Some out of hours work may be required
